From seeing an image
to feeling a place.
We can see almost anything on a screen. The experiences that stay with us ask us to be there.
MŪ is conceived around three spatial works that unsettle reflection, light and gravity. Your position changes the work. The identity follows the same rule.
Basel.
Along the Rhine.
A museum vision for the river’s edge: a precise concrete envelope, daylight galleries and dark chambers. Conceived as a place to slow down, between the city and the water.
Location vision / Basel, Switzerland
Three encounters.
Impossible to mistake.
Each work begins with a familiar physical rule.
Each makes that rule feel different.

Tide
A mirror becomes a wave you can walk beneath. The room folds. Your reflection moves into a place your body cannot.

A sun.
Then a line.
Walk around the disc.
Scale dissolves into an edge.

Counterweight
A dense stone body appears weightless. A mirrored recess conceals its support. What you know and what you see briefly disagree.
Recognition through
a change of perspective.
The overline becomes a horizon. The circle becomes a viewpoint. Acid yellow signals an invitation to look again.

Tide
ENTER THE REFLECTION.
Aperture
CHANGE YOUR POINT OF VIEW.
